Aloha Tritoon Policies

Weather

• Weather will be provided with the best of our knowledge during business hours. Conditions; if found by Wildwood not suitable, a reschedule will be submitted. 
• If future weather is predicted, a prior cancellation notice will be given to the renter. At that point, a reschedule will be issued.
• At any point, if the customer chooses on their behalf to not depart when presented "safe conditions" by Wildwood. A reschedule with a $150 fee will be assessed. 
• $150 will be credited to the NEW RESCHEDULED rental date.

Cancellations

• 72 hours notice required to cancel and be eligible for a refund. Cancelations for any reason other than unsafe weather within 72 hours of rental time will not receive a refund.

Responsibility

• Individuals whom complete paperwork take Ownership of any and all damages occured during rental period
• 15 years of age, or younger, are required to wear Life Vest at all times aboard the vessel (per the U.S. Coast Guard Regulations)
  Life Vests for infants and children under 50lbs are NOT provided by Wildwood

Damages

• In exchange for a non-refundable $50.00 Propeller Damage Waiver Fee paid in advance, Guest will not be held responsible for any damage to the Tri-toon Motorboat propeller that may arise from the Guest rental of a Wildwood Tri-toon Motorboat on the Date of Rental.

• Up to $1000 will be charged pending* a professional's final inspection report for damage done to boats (excluding propeller damage) (date, time, and completion may vary on adjusters schedule).

Capacity

• ALL Tritoons: 12 People or 1820lbs (per capacity plate and regulated by the U.S. Coast Guard)
• You cannot exceed the weight limit of 1820 LBS (including: passengers, equipment, coolers, etc.)
• ALL People; Infants and small children are NOT exempt from regulation.

Late Returns

• All units are required to be returned by 5:00 P.M. 
• A fee of $25, after 15 minutes late, will be calculated to the closing transaction.
